About the Role


We’re looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join the  team. In this role you will focus on identifying, pursuing, and  attracting world-class talent. In your role, you will:


  • Work closely with teams to identify their hiring needs

  • Drive all aspects of recruiting: strategy, sourcing, vetting, selling, coordinating, negotiating, and closing

  • Create and ensure an amazing experiences for our candidates from the initial outreach to their first day at Silo

  • Handle general HR responsibilities


About You


  • 2+ years of technical recruiting experience at a high-growth company, start-up, or a recruiting agency

  • You have recruited for a range of roles including Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Growth

  • Previous experience designing or advising on the end-to-end candidate lifecycle

  • Experience in a modern applicant tracking system (ATS)

  • Excellent communication skills


Strong Equity Pay


  • Cash Salary: $90,000 - $135,000 / Year

  • Generous token allocation
